Chickpea Chocolate Chip Cookies 

Let me start by saying that this is not my recipe, but it has become one of my signature dishes and absolute favorite recipes …these are requested often and eyes light up when I mention that these are what I made …I’ve probably made these over 20 times, and they never cease to amaze!

I’ve changed up the nut butters, peanut butter and cashew are both very good, and I think my preferred sweetener is real maple syrup, but honey is also very good.   Beyond that, it’s important to follow the recipe as written and to wet your hands to roll them into balls.  Dark chocolate is my go to and these PASCHA dark chocolate chips are my favorite!
