These Polenta Fries are seriously simple to make and really delicious! Great alternative to potatoes.⠀ ⠀ Cut up polenta, spray with some olive oil, add some spices, bake, then eat (all of them!) ⠀ ⠀ Recipe Credit: @moon.and.spoon.and.yum⠀ https://www.moonandspoonandyum.com/blog/baked-garlic-pepper-polenta-fries-gluten-free-vegan
Prepping content and testing recipes tonight ...Michael’s response to his first taste of Golden Milk. “It doesn’t taste terrible ...it’s good” and Ethan took a sip and finished the rest of the mug so I think it’s a success!!
Bowls are for sure my favorite vessel...random leftovers become a gorgeous meal with just a little bit of effort. This one is made up of ...roasted butternut squash, wild rice, red chard, brussel sprouts, and avocado topped with pumpkin seeds, a splash of liquid aminos, and lots of smoked paprika. Did I mention, it was really delicious?! 🌱

Experimenting with water kefir....my batches are inconsistent, but enjoying the process and focused on #guthealth 🍓
